We lease 1 to 3 bedroom properties from qualified landlords with properties in and around Hospitals Hotels
What we will do:
1. Sign a minimum of a one year lease, potentially two or three years based on concessions.
2. We provide a maintenance person that comes and takes care of all the minor maintenance on the property.
3. We provide a professional cleaning service once a week to make sure it’s absolutely clean at all times.
4. We have professional clients that come to town sometimes for three nights to three months.
5. Our clients generally don't have young children
6. Our Clients don't bring their pets
7. Our Clients are Non Smokers
8. All our clients have been vetted
